Over the past 40 years, the JCI has shrunk by about 400,000 members and stands at 150,000 members. The decline is occurring at a rate of 10,000 members per year. If the situation is not changed, JCI may disappear in 15 years.
At JCI's international events and at local levels, many participants recognize the crisis of values. Old members are leaving, new members do not really understand the value of JCI in the check and few are coming.
We propose to introduce a clear and very interesting format for businessmen and investors - the JCI Investment Club.
We will show how it works on the example of the Balkan Conference.

Security of the event
Attending an event in Uzhhorod is as safe as being in any other European country.
Uzhhorod is located on the other side of the Carpathian Mountains from the rest of Ukraine.
Nothing extraordinary happened in Uzhhorod during the entire war in Ukraine, which is why there is no curfew.
Uzhhorod is protected by NATO air defense (Slovakia).
The Balkan Conference will be attended by senior local government officials and will have a higher level of security.

Guarantees
Uzhhorod (Western Ukraine) is as safe as possible.
But now the main team of the Balkan Conference organizers is at the forefront of the military clashes between Ukraine and Russia, in Kharkiv (Eastern Ukraine). Here, bombs fall daily, power is cut off, and so on. We are carrying out JCI's mission in the hottest spot in the world and defending the ideals of Freedom. This is our path.
This involves various military risks. Accordingly, for reasons beyond our control, the Conference may be postponed for a certain period of time.
We are already incurring expenses for organization. In the event of force majeure, we will refund 70% of your ticket payment and give you the maximum discount for the next event. If this happens, it will be your contribution to the freedom of Ukraine and support of JCI values.
Grants and donations
We will gladly accept any financial assistance, as the costs of the Balkan Conference significantly exceed the income from ticket sales and we compensate the difference from our own budgets.
